woo-hoo! totally awesome stay near everything!

safe luggage storage great train access comfortable bed easy check-in

i got to leave my bags early. they kept them super safe! the location is great, close to the train and bus. the beds felt nice and comfy. it was awesome because the instructions were easy to understand for check in and out.

just so you know, one step to the first floor feels kind of wobbly, especially when it is dark.

The room was quite spacious for one person. the location is great, near the bus and train station. i also appreciated the cleanliness. Towels and soap were available.

the air conditioning did not work. the mini fridge also did not work, so my drinks were not cold. this was quite disappointing because i booked specifically for air conditioning.

amazing stay near transport!

great location quick check-in clean room

the location is superb, so close to both the bus and train stations! check-in was super easy, and the person i talked to was really quick answering questions. the room (double bed with bathroom) was clean and had air conditioning plus most things needed. (it was so refreshing after a long day!).

the communication was effective and the staff (while not physically present) were very responsive. they answered all my questions quickly. i had no problems at all and everything was very straightforward and streamlined.

the location is great, very close to the train station, vaporetto and taxis are easily accessible. i found good restaurants very close to the hotel

the air conditioning did not work, so the room was hot during the night
