the location was superb, so close to the bus and train stations! i found the room to be clean, with towels and soap all provided. the bed was also very comfortable, perfect after a long day. i even got to check in early, a huge help!!!

the internal noise was a bit of an issue, as i could hear sounds from other rooms.

the hotel has a GREAT location right next to both the bus and train stations, so getting around was super easy. it is also a manageable walk to many of the main attractions, which i totally enjoyed.

I did not use the formal dining services. there were many cafes and restaurants nearby. i found several excellent local spots for breakfast and dinner, and they were only a short walk away from the hotel.

i got to leave my bags early. they kept them super safe! the location is great, close to the train and bus. the beds felt nice and comfy. it was awesome because the instructions were easy to understand for check in and out.

just so you know, one step to the first floor feels kind of wobbly, especially when it is dark.

The room was quite spacious for one person. the location is great, near the bus and train station. i also appreciated the cleanliness. Towels and soap were available.

the air conditioning did not work. the mini fridge also did not work, so my drinks were not cold. this was quite disappointing because i booked specifically for air conditioning.

the location is superb, so close to both the bus and train stations! check-in was super easy, and the person i talked to was really quick answering questions. the room (double bed with bathroom) was clean and had air conditioning plus most things needed. (it was so refreshing after a long day!).
